Headteacher's Message

Welcome to Mowbray Primary School!  I am proud and delighted to be the Headteacher here at Mowbray, and having been part of our amazing journey over the past nine years.  

There is something astoundingly unique about Mowbray - we pride ourselves with our family atmosphere in our school where children, parents and teachers work together, for the benefit of our children. 

Our aims are: to harness children’s natural curiosity by offering a diverse range of new experiences, raise children’s aspirations while developing life skills and independence, develop resilience by encouraging risk and perseverance and raise self esteem, self belief and self awareness through nurture.  Our team strives to ensure that lessons and all learning opportunities for the children, both inside and outside of the classroom, are inspirational, challenging and creative, and develop in them a desire to learn and succeed.  We are determined that children will be prepared and ready for the next stage in their lives.
