Maths Week

6th March 2019

Last week we celebrated 100 school days by holding a Maths week. The children from Early Years up to Year 6 were asked to make their own maths games and collect items to help with number bonds during their half term holiday. They brought them into school and shared what they had done with their class.

During the week they played their games, teaching others the rules. Some Maths lessons took place in the outdoor environment too. The week ended with a Maths themed non-uniform day and the children displayed what they had done in the main hall. Parents were invited in to see all of the children’s hard work.
